My New Etsy Shop

Hi Everyone!

I have some exciting news... I opened a new Etsy shop, Emeline Purcell!

It is probably apparent by some of my previous posts that I enjoy making jewelry...and creating with clay.  Finally, I have found a way to combine these two loves!  In this new shop, I plan to offer unique, handmade jewelry and accessories.  I use a combination of techniques and PMC (precious metal clay) to create unique earrings, pendants, and all types of jewelry and accessories.  I have already added some pieces to the shop, but have lots more to add....so stay tuned!

Unfortunately, I don't plan to add anything to my other etsy shop, ThreeMoonBabies, anytime soon (sorry!).

Great Gift Idea for Kids!

I was reading Made

(one of the many inspiring craft blogs that I read...you should check it out if you haven't already!),

and I stumbled upon this other wonderful, inspiring blog called Saltwater Kids.

She has this super awesome fort building kit/tutorial that I had to share!

It would make such a wonderful gift for kids of all ages! I don't know a kid that doesn't like building forts!

I think this idea could even be simplified more by buying a tote bag, etc...

Charms for your purse, phone, zipper....

Hi!

I made a bunch of the polymer clay beads in my Etsy shop into charms today.

The charms are so cute on phones, purses and as zipper pulls. They would make a great gift!

handmade birthday gift

Yesterday, my 6 year old daughter had a birthday party to go to. It was for a friend from her cheerleading squad. I love making gifts whenever I can...so, I decided to make her a necklace with a little polymer clay cheerleader bead focal and a beaded stretch bracelet in their team colors. This was actually the inspiration for my custom cheerleader bead in my Etsy shop.

Here is the finished product:

My daughter and I had a lot of fun making it! She even made the card, and we made a little paper gift bag for it too! I hope that her friend liked it.

I think that they look so cute all together...like a mini team of beads!
